Fender Custom Shop 2012 Limited Char Signature Stratocaster "Charizma" NOS

This is Char's signature model, the 'Charizma Char Signature Stratocaster', produced by the Fender Custom Shop Team Built collection in a limited run of 200 units.

The concept behind this guitar is to fuse two cherished instruments: a “1959 Burgundy Mist Metallic Stratocaster” and a “Daphne Blue Custom Shop 1961 Stratocaster”.
The body color is a traditional Japanese shade called 'Ginsusutake', a bright, chic greyish-yellow-brown reminiscent of the smoky, charcoal-black 'sulu bamboo color' imparted by hearth smoke, with a hint of silvery whiteness added.

This guitar also reflects the meticulous attention to detail typical of an artist model. It features a crescent-shaped inlay on the fingerboard representing Char’s “C” (positioned at the C note), a neck plate engraved with the Takenaka family crest, 22 brimmed frets and a back panel cut for ease of string replacement.

There are signs of paint reaction (roughness) near the sixth to seventh frets on the neck grip, a small dent near the fifth fret, slight discoloration and roughness at the base of the headstock caused by a neck hanger, and some signs of paint reaction near the neck heel and at the body end.

More than 80% of the frets are intact and there are no problems with the neck or truss rod, so playability is good.
