Fender Custom Shop 2006 1960 Stratocaster Relic

This is a “1960 Stratocaster Relic” model in Burgundy Mist Metallic, a color that has only been produced in limited quantities in recent years.

The neck has the thin C shape typical of 1960 models and the traditional specifications combine a 7.25R fingerboard with vintage-sized frets.

The body sides and back have some scratches and dents that are not part of the Relic finish. There is a dent at the tip of the headstock, several shallow dents on the back of the neck, a tiny dent in the low positions; and there is scorch marks on the plastic parts.

There is very slight wear on the low positions of the 2nd and 3rd strings, but the remaining fret height is about 80%. The neck and truss rod are in good condition, ensuring excellent playability.
