Navigator 70s-80s SA-100 ES-335 Type
This is the “SA-100” semi-hollow body model, which was produced by Navigator in the 1970s and 1980s.
Based on the ES-335 design, it has a semi-hollow maple body with a centre block and a narrow neck with a 40 mm nut width.
The following modifications have been made:
・Pickups replaced (Seymour Duncan JB)
・Complete assembly replaced
・Series/parallel switch added
・Control knobs replaced
・Re-fret/re-nut
Due to its age, the guitar shows signs of wear, including scratches and dents across the body, tiny dents on the back of the neck, a dent at the tip of the headstock and tarnish and slight corrosion on the metal parts.
While there is slight wear in the lower positions, over 70% of the frets remain intact following re-fretting.
There is slight visible warping in the neck, but currently, there is no noticeable muffling of the sound and the truss rod functions properly.
