Shop Policy

After cleaning around the frets, adjusting the neck and maintenance of the electrical system, the body and parts are carefully polished and the strings are replaced with new ones. Then, the guitars are displayed on the sales floor.

We only handle items of the highest quality that meet our standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

We check the instruments every day and keep the guitars clean, so any changes will be noticed by the staff.

We will, of course, change the strings regularly.

Furthermore, if the neck changes due to a change in the climate, for example, we will adjust it.

We keep our inventory in the best possible condition.

We have both domestic and international customers, as well as professional and amateur players, who love guitars from all over the world.

Our main customers are in their 30s to 50s on average, but of course there are also many younger customers, including teenagers.

We are pleased to show everyone our wonderful guitars.

We strive to fulfill our customers' requests and are committed to providing a kind and attentive service to everyone.

We also have female staff, so ladies, please do not hesitate to come and see us.

We listen to our customers' requests regarding the desired item and price, and we will make recommendations wherever possible.

We also answer customers' questions, but the final decision on whether to purchase an item should always be made by the customer.

We will never pressure you to buy, so please feel free to take your time and browse the shop at your leisure.

We also have many rare guitars.

We would be grateful if you could appreciate the exquisite beauty and charm of each one.

There are two guitar trial areas in the shop and we have multiple amps for you to try.

You are welcome to pick up a guitar to check its texture, neck shape, weight, etc., so please do not hesitate to ask a member of staff at your nearest shop for assistance.

Please note that the warranty for our products only applies in Japan

Please make sure you keep the warranty card.

The warranty period is one year in accordance with the manufacturer's regulations.

We will repair any merchandise purchased from us under warranty service unless the conditions stated below are met.

• The warranty card must be presented.
• The damage must not have been caused by misuse, including improper operation, careless handling or usage, lack of maintenance, or a deliberate act of destruction or disruption.
• If the merchandise has been repaired or modified by someone other than our shop.
• Conditions originating from expendable supplies such as pots, frets, nuts, etc., or discoloration and damage to painted/plated surfaces, corrosion/deterioration due to aging or usage.
• Damages or malfunctions due to natural disasters, fire, theft or loss.
• Accessories other than the guitar or bass guitar itself, such as a case, amplifier or effects unit(s).
• The warranty expires when the product stated on the warranty card is transferred to another person.
• Please note that upgrades will be handled at your expense. We will do everything we can to help you at the shop.
